Infolink will monitor its network 24/7 and will be ready to respond to critical issues reported through its Support Ticketing System or through its Support mailbox. Non-critical issues will be handled through the support hours of 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. EST M-F and 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. EST on weekends. This support is applicable to hosting issues ONLY, and not to application related issues, which will be handled by production center staff during normal business hours.
